Staying here was a pleasure, we would like to go back there again, no complaints whatsoever. Nice room with cooking facilities was much appreciated. Had a shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom, that was nice.

We had a great stay at Pre Opening! Iik Tulum. The room was clean and spacious, and the balcony was a nice touch. We loved that they had bikes for rent and parking available. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main highway and the beach.

The specific situation that happened to us was that we had a minor issue with the jacuzzi being cold. However, considering that the hotel was pre-opening, it was still a great value.
